from a static point of view, this is a three force member (research what that means).
this actually helps (some), in that you see Nf and Nr have two components ... due to weight and due to braking.
this helps bound the brake loads, particularly Fr (why? what limits are there for the brake component of Nr ?)
To think about the dynamic problem, ask yourself "why does the bike "pitchpole" if Ff is too big ?"
