Hi,

Is there a way to import numeric data (deg/sec vector in my case) as motion in msc Adams? I have previously calculated and extracted the data for the exact run time i mean to use.

Thanks in advance.

Yes it is definitely possible, we use a thing called a data driven event, which pulls in time histories of control settings to drive a sim.

So you read your data file into a spline and then drive the MOTION with AKISPL. Unfortunately I've forgotten how to read a spline in from a file, recently I just hack the adm. If you have Durability then you can just read a spline from disk.

Cheers
