First, I am attempting to 'simulate' this not for accurate results, but
as a demonstration of the abilities of Pro/E, an excuse to learn the
MDO, and a way to create a bit of pretty video. That said, I have
a car modeled with moveable suspension, rotating wheels etc. I
tried a single wheel and simply rolled it along some terrain (by way of
cam/follower with liftoff/friction and a body torque) and it worked
wonderfully. On the other hand, I am unable to get the car to
even sit on a surface. It either falls through or slides sideways
for no apparent reason.

From reading other posts, it is apparent that if I am learning for the
future, I should not be using Mechanica/Motion since it is being phased
out. Is this sensibly possible with MDO (specifically 2001
datecode 2003240)?

Below is a site that makes reference to tire modeling in Motion (much
more complicated than I am currently looking for, though I wouldn't
mind ending up there):

As well as a small video from that site that appears to be similar to
what I am trying come up with (I am assuming that this was made with
dynamics, not some animation function):

<a href="%20http://products.engineering.com/uploads/p00325_motiontruck%20.avi" target="_blank">

Any pointers on how to do this, or simply good resources for me to explore myself? Thanks a bunch.
