I am trying to source a modern, commercially available, electrical conducting rod of 3mm and 4 mm dia. This rod to replace a 3mm and 4mm dia carbon rod. Must be able to handle: 4 volts DC and 120 watts and 12 volts DC and 150 watts. Resistance to be typically 1.1 to 1.2 ohms over a 200mm length. New material must be equivalent to carbon rod in electrical and mechanical properties.
Any advice provided is appreciated
