Where I can see or get a density and absolute viscosity for water / mono ethline glycol solution

my range is from -5° C to - 30° C.

You could try Houghton Chemicals.
There is data on Wintrex but whether this is precisely what you need, I'm not sure. You could try contacting them for any additional or more specific data.
