Monitor the Job in ABAQUS Command Prompt

Dear All,

When I run an ABAQUS job from ABAQUS command prompt I need do monitor the job as well. Does anybody know a command for that and how can I stop(kill) the analysis in through command prompt when I need

I use tail -f filename.sta to see the progression of the job in the sta file.

Should I write
tail-f Myfile.sta
in qbaqus command prompt. It didn't work
