I am new in Abaqus. I have to design the concrete slab and I want to know how to find the moments from Abaqus for design?

What kind of elements do you want to use (shell or solid) ? You will need RMor SM output variable for that.

How to find the torsion moment in ABAQUS? As we know in SAP2000 we have m12 for torsion moment.

In Abaqus you have section forces and moments (SF and SM output variables) for that. Check the documentation chapter "Three-dimensional conventional shell element library" and be very careful with shell element orientations.
