Moment - Rotation Curves

Does anyone know of a good source for moment-rotation curves for different types of PR connections? I have AISC Design guide 8. It covers a typical PR-CC connection very well and has some references to other docs, most of which are old and I don't wan't to purchase them unless they get a good review from someone else. I am interested in both steel and composite connection curves or methods of calculating the curves based on first principles that have been verified by test data. I have read that the Eurocode has a method like this based on the stiffness of the individual components. Any input is greatly appreciated!

Even if I am unable to ascertain if it is still state of the art, I quote the following reference:

Stability Design d Semi-Rigid Frames
Chen, Goto, Liew
Wiley Interscience 1996

It had DOS software that came with it.

PHINGE deals with the 2D Frames, elastic plastic hinge or refined plastic hinge method analysis up to 150 nodes.

Then it had CON_ANA that directly relates to your question, classifies sections according to Eurocode or Bjorhovde systems. The program accepts the following connections:

Single Web Angle Connection
Double Web Angle connection.
Top and Seat Angle Connection.
Top and Seat Angle with double web cleat connection.

It was and is somewhat above my head but what I learnt from it I found clear and useful.

Thanks for the replys and the paper! That is exactly the sort of thing I am looking for. I thought I read that the PR connection M-R and strength curves could be derived from a rational analysis but I will double check and post what I find.
