I want to know if exists some article, book or link about the relation between mold wear and polymer flow.

Contact duPont about tool wear in the presence of reinforcements like fiberglass or other materials.

The Society of Plastics Engieers at have a bunch of references about mold design, etc. I just typed mold wear into their site search box.

Contact the material suppliers for the particular material type you are using. They should have wear and tool material recommnedations for the plastic.
