Moisture Measurement of Clay

Hello,

I am in need of a reliable moisture measurement for measuring moisture content of clay that may contain metallic contaminants. The batch is up to 12" deep and I require an online moisture measurement with a reasonable penetration depth. I'm seeking general recommendations.
