Moisture loss through an opening (door) 1

How do I calculate the moisture loss or vapor transmission between two rooms through a interior door? I'm not finding that in my ASHRAE handbooks.

Don't confuse yourself by infusion or diffusion or osmosis or whatever (vapor traveling through walls). Look at airflow differential. The airflow defecit in one room will usually be made up by air from the other. Granted, if there are more doorways, it becomes less certain. If you can determine that Room A receives some amount of flow from room B, do a simple adiabatic mixing of the two volumes to determine a result...
