If you use the Advanced Mass Properties -> Area Using Curves function when you print out the results there will be values for the 'Moment Of Inertia' relative to both the 'cg' as well as the WCS. Note that the WCS can be placed anywhere you wish and rerunning the analysis will give you new MOI values relative to the WCS, which is labled as (Work) while the values relative to the 'cg' is labelled (Centroidal).

To an Engineer, the glass is twice as big as it needs to be.
The same is true of the "measure bodies" command; turn on the "show information window" option and in the results you will see the name of the result followed by (WCS), (Centroidal), or (Spherical). Move the WCS to the desired location before taking the measurement.
Avoid the Area using Curves. You need to know how "NX boundary" works to get the correct answer from it.
( Or use the option "face", the face options does not require the boundary knowledge.)
If it is a 2D section , use "Section Inertia" , it will do the same analysis, without the Boundary knowledge.
