MODIFYING RESTRAINTS ETC

Is there anyway to use the list/grid as an excel spreadsheet and using copy/paste? I have hundreds of restraints within a model and want to modify the stiffness etc values- I'm thinking there has got to be a quicker way that modifying each input individually?

No, because the new (copied) restraint would not have a parent element associated with it.
