modifing a human assembly

i am mechanical engineering student and i downloaded the male95 and female05 files for my senior design project . but, i cant figure out how to modify there positions. i need to put them in a sitting position to evaluate the ergonomics of my design

You should asseble your parts with Mechansim (In assembly) , I mean there should be different Connections between your parts in order to be able to change thier position.
