Hello everybody,

I have some issues regarding the modeling of viscoelastic materials in Patran 2012. The main issue is that even if the material card MATVE appears to be completed, the error that occurs when solving with SOL 400 is that "there are no materials properties defined".
The steps that I took in order to model a viscoleastic materials are:
- defined material property field with time independent variable for shear and bulk modulus
-defined properties for isotropic constitutive model
-select the field for shear and bulk modulus for viscoelastic constitutive model

Can somebody give a piece of advise or example/ tutorial on how to model this kind of materials? I would be very grateful! Thank you in advance.
