Modelling dimension soft copy to hard copy in printing

Dear friends, is there any tool or software to transfer the drawing from soft copy to hard copy( printing) without changing the dimensions.
 
I don't understand the question. What is a "soft copy"? You should be able to print your drawing without it changing the dimensions!

Can you please clarify?
