Modelling a Steel Column Base using ABAQUS

Hi everybody

I'm quite new to ABAQUS & I'm trying to make a model for a fixed column base (M+N) on a concrete pedestal anchored with 4 Anchor Rods, and I have the following questions:

1) How to define the interaction between steel base plate and concrete to transfer only compressive stresses( I tried the Hard contact but noticed that tension stresses is transferred as well )

2)How to define interaction between Anchor Rods & concrete ?

3)I can't make nodes of Base plate coincides on nodes of concrete pedestal, how to do so ?
