Modeling Transfer plate in Etabs

Hi there,

Recently, I am dealing with 3 basement+ 15 storey Mixed use building with transfer on level 1 and on L5. I am using Etabs and safe for floor design. If I model with normal slab (without any property modifier) the reaction is significantly lesser because of flexible support. To model transfer plate should I increase the transfer floor stiffness? What would be the scale factor for bending stiffness. Is there any ways to model and analyse transfer plate.
