I'm trying to set the default Tip Angle to be 140°

For General Hole, it's set by the Customer Default.
For Threaded Hole, it's set in ...\Standards\nx502_Threaded_Hole_Standard.xml

I'm sure it's pretty obvious, but I can't find where to set the Tip Angle for Drill Size Hole and Screw Clearance Hole.

Can anyone help ?

Nutace,

Neither nx6_Drill_Size_Hole_Standard.xml or nx502_Screw_Clearance_Hole_Standard.xml make any reference to the Tip Angle.

That's where I was hoping to find the setting,

I contacted GTAC...

There is an existing enhancement request for the customer default for tip angle to be extended to the other hole types (ER 7386209).

I added my name to it,
