Modeling a 2hr Fireflow in EPAnet 1

Im tring to write the Rule Based command to open a node for 2 hours with a fire flow of 500 GPM. I've tried all i know and the code doesnt work. I attached the code to look at. any help?

RULE 1
IF SYSTEM CLOCKTIME >= 2 AM
AND SYSTEM CLOCKTIME < 4 AM
THEN NODE 19 DEMAND IS 500

Use a demand pattern
name it fire put a 100 multipler in the hours you want to model the fire
at the node
set up multiple base demands, one for normal and a second type of demand for the fire, enter the gpm required in 100 of gpm's with a demand pattern of fire. with this setup you can move the fire and demand for the flow just by adjusting the demand at that node, rerunning the model and seeing the results.

Havent used EPA-NET for fire flows, but assuming it is similar to WaterCAD so Hydrae's suggestion is the way to go.

In WaterCAD
Go to the node, set up a demand for daily flow, second for fire flow. Enter 2 and 4 in the time pattern. Put multiplier as 1.0 for 2 and 0.0 for 4. Run extended period scenario....
