I'm using SE v20 and created some parts for printing on a BST768 3D printer. The problem is the holes and other curved areas are not very round on the parts after printing. You can clearly see the 'sides' of the circles.

I don't know SE that well at all but I did see the sharpness levels in the view tab. I assume those settings only apply to your display and not the actual geometry of the model?
Are there specific settings I should be using when saving as a .stl for printing?

Also, when I open the .stl in the Dimension software to set up the printing the models are 25 times smaller than in SE and need to be scaled. Not sure if that is related to the original issue at all.

K, so changing the tolerance unit to millimetres in the stl options solved everything.

After 30 hours of printing some very expensive duds I think it would be best to tell the boss that I had to reprogram the 'flux capaciter' in the printer.
And I deserve a raise for being a genius. ;)

Putzola, don't feel bad. Units conversion is a very basic NASA type mistake. It happens and 3D Printers are unique in how they read in .stl files. Some recognize units, some don't. Others you have to find the import or export options of the translating software(s) to make sure they align. Looks like you figured that out already, though.

Though it's a good lesson. If ever something lookes like it's out by a factor of 25, check it's not a factor or 25.4, cause if it is it's the classic inch mm problem.
