I'm using SE v20 and created some parts for printing on a BST768 3D printer. The problem is the holes and other curved areas are not very round on the parts after printing. You can clearly see the 'sides' of the circles.
I don't know SE that well at all but I did see the sharpness levels in the view tab. I assume those settings only apply to your display and not the actual geometry of the model?
Are there specific settings I should be using when saving as a .stl for printing?
Also, when I open the .stl in the Dimension software to set up the printing the models are 25 times smaller than in SE and need to be scaled. Not sure if that is related to the original issue at all.
