Model a Repad on a Cylindrical Shell

I am trying to model a repad for a nozzle on a cylindrical shell and I am finding this very difficult to accomplish. I believe I want to do some sort of variable section sweep but have no idea how to. Any help would be appreciated.

Apparently this is harder than I had assumed it would be.

I have found a way to sweep by using 4 lines as trajectories, and I was able to create the repad. If anyone else has this issue please let me know and I will walk you through the process I used.
