Model a Flex-rigid PCB (using WF4)

Hi, I am trying to model a flex-rigid PCB, and have used normal protrusion for one part of the flex, but the other part needs to be "twisted". I have tried variable section sweep, thru curve - but the outcome doesn't look "right".
Any suggestions of who to do it would be much appreciated.....
