MMPDS application at temperature

MMPDS contains charts showing the percentage reduction of properties at elevated temperatures.

Do the reduced property values derived from these charts apply to room temperature dimensions or the dimensions at temperature?

my guess is that they're based on RT dim'ns (ie don't take thermal expansion into account, increasing the area).
