mitsubishi fx plc high speed triggers

I Am trying to operate a solonoid at speed ie on and off to operate a hot melt glue gun to spit cant work out how to do this via the plc

Hi Daron - how about letting the plc send out an 'enable' signal to an oscillator, thereby permitting the oscillator to pulse the solenoid aat the desired frequency? What speed/frequency are you aiming for anyway?
