All right, I have a simple sketch (weldment, part file) consisting of 2 lines connected and in the shape of an "L". I have inserted 6"x6" square tubing structural members along the sketch profile. What I want is a 45° miter flange where they intersect each other. When I try to do this I get a box that says unable to complete to due a geometric condition. It probably does not get much simpler than this. Suggestions welcome.

Sorry, I did not mean miter flange, I meant 45° miter.

Try putting both members in as one feature

That did it. I was selecting the intersecting lines as seperate items. When I insert the structural member and pick both lines in the same step it works out.
Thanks again for the assistance.
