Missing sldcgmi.dll in Solidworks 2001+ SP0.1 and up.

I have found a software problem that may be interesting to a few of you. While trying to repair an imported surface model I discovered that Solidworks 2001+ SP 0.1 and higher cannot load sldcgmi.dll when trying to do a surface fill. The command works in SP 0.0, but no other SPs. I have reported it as a bug. Has anyone else found this to be true?
