Minor Loss for Flow through Tee

Does anyone have any sources for a minor loss through a tee with no flow to the tee itself? Seems like the loss would be almost negligible, especially in my case where the branch is about 1/4 of the main line. But I would really like something to back that up.

An old Crane Co. nomograph I have shows a straight thru tee the same as a long sweep elbow.

Also, Crane technical paper 410 gives the resistance coefficient of a flow thru run tee as K=20(f sub t) and a r/d=1 elbow as the same.

If you want the real skinny on head loss then the best bet is to go to the top: "Handbook of Hydraulic resistance: by I. E. Idelchik, if it isn't in there it isn;t anywhere!
