Our company Trellest Ltd, working under the trademark Technobalt in three Baltic States has main office in Tallinn, Estonia, is active in conveyor systems and component business. Also we are building conveyors. The biggest working project is 650 m underground conveyor in oil shale mining in Estonia.
Now we are preparing renovation project for oil shale chemical industry and looking for supplier of horizontal paddle feeders and screens.
Material: Oil shale
Normal working capacity 200 tph (35% working time)
Emergency working capacity 300 tph (risk of stopping parallel system)
Bulk dencity 1,2 t/m3
Particle distribution 0-12 mm 7%
0-25 mm 15%
0-32 mm 60%
0-250 mm 100%
Paddle feeder:
Paddle diameter 2,6 m
Traveling on existing rails D=1,6 m, L=100 m
Quantity: 2 paces
Screen:
Nominal out screening material 0…25 mm
Screen room 7500 x 12000 x 3800 mm
Feed: vertical from up
