Minimum requirement of access door

I build a floating production platform with a power control room (consists of PLC & MCC) which has only 1 (one) access door. Is there any standards that calls for minimum of 2 (two) doors, located at opposite end of the room ?

Check on NFPA 101. (Sorry, I dont have it with me so I can´t be more useful by now).
