Miniature timing indicatorfor small hand press

Hello,

Can anyone help in finding a small preferably battery powered module that combines a simple switch with an LED light that goes off after a short time period , likely about 3 seconds. This is for a small manual hand press, I'd like for operator to simply have an easy visual indicator to hold the press closed for that time.

Not aware of anything off the shelf that is battery powered.. But a simple 555 timer circuit (monostable) could be made easily to accomplish the task.
