miniature gearbox speed increaser

I am new in here. I will appreciate if anybody know where to buy the miniature gearbox speed increaser.
The load is very light
The speed ratio is 1:10

For some miniature may have a size of a truck for others miniature can be less the 1"x1"x1". Can you give more information?
