Hi all,
For months now, I have been trying to find a supplier to make a fairly simple but small plastic profile with a copper insert.
Most extruders don't seem equipped or willing to work on a part this size. We are talking about a 1/4in wide, by 0.055in thick plastic profile, with a copper band that is 0.110in X 0.030in thick inside (one of the faces of the copper remaining visible.
Does anyone know of plastic extruders (somewhere in the world, could be Europe, Asia on North America) that specializes in very small complex parts?
If so, please let me know!
