Migrate from I-deas 9 to I-deas 11?

Ideally you would want to run all dmadmin and IDFVFY checks on the version 9 TDM which would require the software. You could however probably just migrate. The caveat being that you must be logged in on the machine as the administrator of the version 9 TDM to perform the migration. (It will tell you if you are not admin when you perform MIG in dmadmin.
There is a command to find who is the administrator on an old TDM (DMADMIN-->DIAG-->VI), I'm not sure if this command exists in version 11.
