MicroLogix1200 Fault

I have a micrologix 1200 that is faulting on controller cannot communicate with expansion I/O module. Exact module cannot be determined. This has happened about a month ago and reapeared again today. I clear the error and works fine. The I/O module is 1762OW8. Which has the problem?

Bad connections. Remove and then re-insert the expansion module.
