MIBK substitute 1

I was woundering if anyone know of good substitute for MIBK (methyl isobutyl keton) as a solvent for extraction of organic compounds.

BTW, MiBK is being used as lube dewaxing solvent, meaning that at certain temperatures it wouldn't dissolve paraffinic hydrocarbons. Furfural and NMP are being used in lube extraction, again these are selective in their solubilities of organic compounds.
