Metric Parallel Spline

Need help identifying a Metric Parallel Spline. Is it standard, if so which standard, or is it custom?

Part measures:
External (shaft)
6 teeth
OD .556" [14.12mm]
ID .450" [11.43mm]
Tooth Width .138 [3.5mm]

It doesn't quite match DIN 5463 B6 X 11 X 14.

Thanks in advance.
