Have Prints of 1929 Willys Night Sleeve valve Engine .
Can not Cross Cylinder Iron M-11 To Modern Gray Iron or Similer .
Operation of engine is Valve less type , 2 sliding sleeves with piston in middle of inner sleeve .Intake Ports on left side of engine and exahust ports on Right Side . Both Sleeves are in The Combustion Chamber .
Sleeves were Normalized at 900 Degres for One Hour and Slowly Cooled For 7 hours .
Most notacable Relation is Malleable Iron . But also has Grey Iron charactoristics . Any help would Be Appreciated

High graphite content grey iron is what you want for a cylinder liner. Your heat treat sounds correct.
