metal cut program

Is there any free/share-ware out there that will cut up sticks of metal for me to find out how many sticks I need based off of a BOM?

do you mean like: how many 1.5 foot pieces of strap can I get out of a 20' stick of strap?

20/1.5=13.33 drop the .33 and you get 13 whole pieces.

Am I missing something?
