hi all,
my Ansys model consists of a cube inside which there are spheres located at random points. this is meant to simulate the microstructure of an MMC. the spheres are SiC and the cube itself Aluminum.

the problem i am facing is that i am not able to mesh this model using tetrahedral elements using free mesh. i get an error message which says "non-adjacent triangles are touching each other". i cannot do a mapped mesh as i get a message saying "for the chosen contour, hexahedral elements cannot be used".

please help.
