meshing of concrete block slab with incline shape column

hi
i have a problem with mishing my model to hex or any mapped mishing because of the inclined shaped column i dont wanna my modol to mesh itno tet then i think i can mesh the incline volume alone could this give me a good results ?? plz help me im desperd :(
