Merrison Inquiry - Bridge Collapse

Does anyone have a copy they could share of the Merrison Inquiry into the collapse of several steel box girder bridges in the early 1970s? It may be in two parts/volumes - if so, I'm after the part on general design and construction/supervision practice, not the part on design rules (ie interim design code).

Yes, that's it. Looks like only the abridged version made it to Australia but maybe it has what I'm after, and the state library has a copy.

Still welcome a PDF if anyone has it (long shot).
