Merlin-DASH old manual?

This is a long shot, but figured it wouldn't hurt to ask...

Does anyone have an old (pre-2004) user manual for Merlin-DASH?

I'm interested in getting my hands on an old input form for the DAT files, so I can fudge some quick data revisions in Excel and then paste the info into the DAT.

I actually reached out to UMD, but they say they can't locate the input forms, right now. And I took a look at the Wayback Machine, but the oldest manual version they had was 2004 and the main input form had already been removed by then. It just has the truck file form.
