Hi,
Has anybody modeled a capacitive element with contact between two electrodes?
I need to model a capacitor with contact between moving plate and dielectric layer, and I am stuck!

I recall from basic physics that there is a straight forward formula for calculating capacitance values with layers of different dielectric values.
