Membrane for bio molecules seperation

Can any one help me out
i need to know of any method using membrane or filters to seperate out biomolecules form fluids and bloodcells from blood to get plasma. Please give reference to some resouces

You can use TFF filtration device. I mean UF membranes which can separate your molecule from other impurities and other higher molecular weight biomolecules. Log on to to know more about such filtration processes.
