Never tried this, but in theory it should be possible:
Try using the hds convert utility from a command line (prl directory), then use the "Adopt" within manage libraries to import the .prt. This will not work with assy's and all part numbers, part names etc will be lost.

your best bet would be to get a temporary license on your unix system then export everything to need and import it in to you windows based system.
you could also create a new TDM from the existing unix if its accessible from the PC, and then export from there into the new TDM. You will need to run the TDM wizard to go between the two tdm's.
also if its only a part or two you could create dummy parts in your TDM and replace them with the files from you unix tdm, this is not my 1st choice.

A couple of years ago, I used hdsconvert (included in the I-DEAS installation directory) to convert I-DEAS UNIX files to I-DEAS PC files. Unfortunately, I don't have the instructions on how to use it anymore.
I think I just called GTAC and they walked me through the steps. It might be worth a shot to give them a call if you have maintenance with them.
