Mechanical Properties of steel

I am in the process of re-rating an existing carbon steel vessel and am looking for some mechanical properties for the material listed as "tt e36" I believe this is a old DIN standard material. Can any one guide me in order to obtain the following values for the material:

UTS and Yield strength at the ambient temp.
Yield strength at the elevated temp of 100 Deg C.
