I need to find a way of measuring the flow of Nitrogen gas in an enclosed pipe. I know the pressure, and the size of the pipe.

Contact Gerald Austin who posts under pipewelder I think. He has a spreadsheet that can be used to calculate purge gas times. You might be able to find what you need from there.
