Measuring Bodies that are Highlighted in a Journal

Hello, I need to be able to measure bodies that are highlighted inside NX in a journal.
It is for a tool I am working on and I don't really know how to make it happen.

Preferably I would like to be able to not only measure the bodies that are highlighted but also get the tag of the part so I can match the volumes to my part data in my spreadsheet.

Any Ideas?
