McLube 1720L

Hi Guys,
First post here so if I've left out any information let me know.
We received a manual for repairing an aspirator hose assembly that requires the use of McLube 1720L. I was wondering does anyone know a suitable alternative for this material? There seems to be very little on the net about this particular P/N as opposed to the more common McLube 1190..
Could I use 1190 in its place??
